THE THEME OF THIS THESIS IS TO PROVIDE SOME INSIGHT INTO THE CRITICAL PATH TECHNIQUE TOGETHER WITH BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF ITS SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION IN CANADA.
