JUSTIFICATION OF REVISED FLOOD PEAK FREQUENCY DESIGN MANUAL

THE BASIC APPROACH AND DETAILED PROCEDURE OF RESEARCH ARE PRESENTED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A BETTER METHOD FOR ESTIMATING STREAM FLOW WATERSHEDS LESS THAN 200 SQUARE MILES FOR THE DESIGN OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES.
