FLEXURAL FATIGUE DURABILITY OF SELECTED UNREINFORCED STRUCTURAL LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETES

A REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE CONCERNED WITH THE FATIGUE BEHAVIOR OF REGULAR WEIGHT AND LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE IS PRESENTED. A FLEXURAL FATIGUE DURABILITY TEST FOR UNREINFORCED STRUCTURAL LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE IS DEVELOPED. THE EFFECT OF SELECTED COARSE LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE TYPES ON THE FATIGUE DURABILITY OF UNREINFORCED CONCRETE MADE WITH THESE AGGREGATES IS INVESTIGATED. AN INVESTIGATION IS ALSO MADE OF THE RELATION BETWEEN FREEZE-THAW DURABILITY AND FATIGUE DURABILITY OF THE SELECTED UNREINFORCED STRUCTURAL LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE. /RRL/
