FABS : making the reality match the rhetoric

Subtitle: The first fruits of the Single European Sky initiative -- the creation of functional airspace blocks -- are starting to emerge. This summer the Irish Aviation Authority and the UK's NATS led the way ahead with the first FAB of the new order.
