Bevoelkerung, Innenentwicklung, Kosten ... und Mobilitaet und Verkehr im Jahr 2030 / Population, Inner Urban Development, Prices ... and Mobility and Transport in 2030

Ausgehend von einer kurzen Situationsbeschreibung wird mit zwei Szenarien fuer 2030 - Pessimist-Szenario und Optimist-Szenario - gezeigt, in welcher Bandbreite sich Mobilitaet und Verkehr entwickeln koennen. Schwerpunkte bilden schrumpfende und alternde Bevoelkerung, deren Einfluss auf Mobilitaet und Verkehr, die Frage einer moeglichen Saettigung der Verkehrsnachfrage, die Zunahme raeumlicher Disparitaeten, Innen- vor Aussenentwicklung, intermodale Dienstleistungen und CarSharing, virtuelle Mobilitaet, steigende Kosten von Verkehr mit dem Beispiel City-Maut in London sowie Tempolimits und Verkehrssicherheit. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: Following a short description of the present situation, it is shown by two scenarios for 2030 - a pessimistic and an optimistic scenario - within which range mobility and transport could develop. Focuses are the shrinking and aging population, its impact on mobility and transport, the issue of a supposed saturation of transport demand, increasing spatial disparities, inner urban development versus more suburbia, intermodal services and car sharing, virtual mobility, increasing prices of transport with the example of the London congestion charging scheme, as well as speed limits and traffic safety.
