EL CONTROL DE CALIDAD DE LAS INFRAESTRUCTURAS ITS EN CARRETERAS

La Direccion General de Trafico, dentro de una politica de calidad en el despliegue de infraestructuras ITS enfocada a la entrega de servicios orientados a la seguridad vial y a la informacion al viajero, establece un exigente control de calidad de los sistemas de gestion de trafico que despliega en las carreteras espanolas. Todos los subsistemas (Postes SOS, CTV, adquisicion de datos de trafico, transmision de datos y comunicaciones) que forman parte del sistema de gestion de trafico, asi como los equipos y programas componentes del sistema, son sometidos a un control de calidad estricto para asegurar que se consiguen los objetivos de proyecto. En el articulo se da una vision global del sistema de calidad, y se indica cual es la infraestructura ITS de la que se controla la calidad de su implantación y cuales las actuaciones de control de calidad. Se describe el sistema de calidad para la implantación de la infraestructura ITS, constituido por una serie de tipos de actuaciones referidas a equipos, programas, sistemas, emplazamiento y cableado.(A). Resumen en ingles: The Direccion General de Trafico (Spanish Traffic Authority) settles down a strict control of quality of the traffic management systems being deployed in the Spanish highways, as part of a politics of quality in the ITS infrastructures that looks for the delivery of services guided to the road safety and the traveler information. All the subsystems (emergency call attention, CTV, traffic data acquisition, data transmission and telecommunications) that form part of the traffic management system, as well as the equipments and programs components, are subjected to a severe control of quality to assure that the project goals are achieved.
