BASE DE DATOS NORMALIZADA E INTERCOMUNICACION ENTRE CENTROS DE GESTION

Ante la necesidad de que los Centros de Gestion de Trafico dispongan, en tiempo real, de la informacion que generan otros centros y de su normalizacion, la Direccion General de Trafico ha establecido un protocolo para la transferencia de datos entre Centros de Control y una Base de Datos Central, situada en el Centro de Gestion de Madrid, donde se almacenan los mismos. Cada centro de Gestion vuelca sobre la Base de Datos General sus datos particulares y obtiene de la misma la informacion que requiere de otros. Se consigue una racionalizacion en los datos, una mejora en la gestion y una mayor fiabilidad en la informacion. Se describe el sistema de comunicaciones utilizado, el modelo de la base de datos y el proceso de transferencia de informacion en tiempo real y de informacion historica. (A). Resumen en ingles: Considering the necessity that the Traffic Managing Centres will get, in real time, the information that other centres would generate and its normalization, the Direction General of Traffic has established a schedule for the interchange of data among the Control Centres and a Central Data Base installed in the Managing Centre of Madrid, where they are stored. Every Managing Centre dumps to the General Data Base its own data and they obtain the information required from other Centres. Achieving a rationalization in the data, an improvement in the management and a high reliability of the information. (A).
