THE EFFECT OF THE INTEREST RATE UPON PROJECT FORMULATION AND SELECTION
The paper examines the effect of the interest rate on various methods of project evaluation and formulation. Several economic evaluation procedures and their advantages are discussed and illustrated. The problems of project formulation or design with different objectives, cost structures, and timing patterns are covered.
