A model test development program was conducted of a double weir oil recovery system for rapid recovery of oil spilled on the high seas. A detailed description of structural, hydrodynamic and materials studies, pumping and control system studies, power system studies, operational studies, and results of two-dimensional model testing with oil are presented in this Appendix.
