EFFECTS OF THE ROAD ITSELF ON ROAD SAFETY

INCIDENCIA DE LA VIA EN LA SEGURIDAD VIAL

This is a pilot scheme being carried out with a view to the preparation of a scientific and audiovisual document that will define the degree of suitbility of road singns and markings and the passive safety measures established in the face of the geometrical characteristics of the road and its environment. The survey is being perfomed on the C-501 main road in the Provinces of Madrid and Avila.
