ANNUAL PEAK DISCHARGES FROM SMALL DRAINAGE AREAS IN MONTANA

THIS ANNUAL REPORT LISTS CREST-STAGE GAUGE DISCHARGES IN MONTANA. SINCE 1955 PEAK FLOW DATA HAVE BEEN COLLECTED FOR VARIOUS PERIODS AT 214 DIFFERENT SITES. THE NETWORK OF SITES PRESENTLY HAS 24 STATIONS HAVING DRAINAGE AREAS LESS THAN ONE SQUARE MILE, 92 STATIONS FROM ONE TO TEN SQUARE MILES, 50 STATIONS FROM 10 TO 50 SQUARE MILES, AND 16 STATIONS HAVING MORE THAN 50 SQUARE MILES. ALL STATIONS ACTIVE OR DISCONTINUED ARE LISTED WITH YEARS OF RECORD, ELEVATION OF SITE, DRAINAGE AREA AND LOCATION. /FHWA/
