AN INFORMATIONAL REPORT ON TECHNIQUES FOR EVALUATING FACTORS RELEVANT TO DECISION MAKING ON HIGHWAY LOCATIONS

THIS DOCUMENT REVIEWS AND ANALYZES SELECTED EVALUATION AIDS AND COMMENTS ON THEIR RESPECTIVE ADVANTAGES AND DESADVANTAGES, AND THEIR AMENABILITY TO USE BY HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATORS INVOLVED IN LOCAL HIGHWAY DECISIONS RELATED TO HIGHWAY LOCATION AND DESIGN.
