USES FOR THIS PRODUCT, PARTICULARLY IN HIGHWAY SUBGRADE AND EMBANKMENT CONSTRUCTION, ARE SUGGESTED. COMPACTION SPECIFICATIONS ARE GIVEN. AREAS WHERE IT HAS BEEN USED HAVE SHOWN REMARKABLE STABILITY. SOME ASHES ARE FROST- SUSCEPTIBLE, BUT, WHEN STABILIZED WITH CEMENT, THE ASHES MAY NOT BE SUSCEPTIBLE.
