SEGURIDAD FRENTE A INCENDIOS EN TUNELES: DISENO PARA TUNELES FERROVIARIOS

SAFETY MEASURES AGAINST TUNNEL FIRE RAILWAY TUNNEL DESIGN

Se expone en primer lugar unas consideraciones sobre el cumplimiento de las prescripciones tecnicas adoptadas por la administracion ferroviaria espanola en el diseno de tuneles largos de ferrocarril de la red de alta velocidad, presentando a continuacion, en la linea de posible mejora de las condiciones de seguridad y aerodinamicas de explotacion, posibles alternativas a proyectos de tramos de la red de alta velocidad espanola, que incluyen tuneles largos, actualmente en fase de proyecto o en inicio de ejecucion. (A). Resumen en ingles: The article puts forward a number of considerations regarding the observance of technical regulations established by the Spanish Rail Authority for the design of long railway tunnels for high-speed trains. The author then goes on to indicate possible measures which could be taken to improve safety conditions and operating aerodynamics, as well as possible alternatives to sections of the Spanish high-speed rail network involving long tunnels and which are currently at the planning stage or the early stages of work.
