Umstellung der Zulassungen im Betonbau auf DIN 1045-1 - ein Kraftakt / Conversion of technical approvals to DIN 1045-1 - a challenge

Mit der bauaufsichtlichen Einfuehrung des neuen Normenwerks im Betonbau steht das Deutsche Institut fuer Bautechnik (DIBt) vor der Aufgabe, moeglichst innerhalb der festgelegten Uebergangsfrist bis Ende 2004 die bestehenden Zulassungen im Bereich des Beton-, Stahlbeton- und Spannbetonbaus auf DIN 1045-1 umzustellen, da danach fuer die Tragwerksplanung nur noch das neue Normenwerk angewendet werden darf. Nur durch eine schnelle Umstellung ist gewaehrleistet, dass die zugelassenen Bauprodukte ohne wirtschaftliche Nachteile fuer die Hersteller auch weiterhin uneingeschraenkt verwendet werden koennen. In diesem Beitrag wird aus der Sicht des hauptsaechlich betroffenen Fachreferats, in dem ueber 500 Zulassungen betreut werden, die zu bewaeltigende Aufgabe dargestellt und die Fachoeffentlichkeit ueber die moeglichst effektive Loesung fuer den Umstellungsprozess informiert, die das DIBt umzusetzen sucht. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: With the introduction of a new set of codes for structural concrete into the body of technical rules for construction works by the relevant authorities in Germany, the DIBt is confronted with the task to convert, if possible within the given transitional period ending with the year 2004, the national technical approvals in the field of structural concrete to the new code DIN 1045-01, as of that date, only the new set of codes may be applied in structural design. Only an expedient conversion will ensure that the approved construction products may continue to be used without disadvantage for their producers. In this contribution, the point of view of the division within the DIBt mainly concerned with this process and in charge of more than 500 technical approvals, is presented, also a description of the task to be dealt with; finally, the interested public is given information about an efficient solution for the conversion process, which the DIBt seeks to implement.
