Le rapport social 2001 du Conseil National des Transports comprend deux tomes. Le present document, qui constitue le 1er tome, met l'accent sur les points suivants : l'evolution de l'emploi, la formation, la duree du travail, les conflits collectifs et leur prevention. Il est structure en deux parties : la premiere est consacree aux donnees generales, la deuxieme presente un bilan par mode de transport (transport routier de marchandises, transport routier de voyageurs, SNCF, RATP...).
