RESPONSABILIDADES CIVILES, PENALES Y ADMINISTRATIVAS DE LAS PARTES EN EL CONTRATO DE OBRAS DE CARRETERAS

Se hace un breve examen de las responsabilidades en que incurren los distintos sujetos que intervienen en la construccion y explotacion de carreteras, haciendo una primera referencia a las responsabilidades que derivan para la Administracion contratante y para el contratista de sus relaciones contractuales en el contrato administrativo de obra publica. Asimismo se analiza la responsabilidad extracontractual de la administracion y del contratista, la responsabilidad del personal al servicio de la administracion y la responsabilidad penal de los tecnicos que intervienen en la direccion de obras publicas.
