Das Projekt befasst sich mit der Pruefung von Eigenschaften und Parametern der Gabionelemente und deren Verhalten in einer Stuetzmauer. Es wird vor allem die Verformung der Konstruktionen und Elemente, vor Ort sowie auf dem Labortestfeld, betrachtet. Der Einfluss der Korngroessenverteilung und die Art der Einbettung des Materials im Element auf die Verformung unter Belastung wird geprueft. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The project concentrates on testing the qualities and parameters of gabion constituents and their performance in the support wall. Construction and constituent deformations are especially observed; both in situ and in the geotechnical laboratory testing field. The effect of grain size and the way of material bedding in the constituent upon the deformations during loading will be tested.
