LA FORMULA DEL CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DE GESTION DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS

Basandose en que la Administracion espanola cuenta con un amplio espacio para la innovacion en materia de financiacion y gestion de infraestructuras, en esta comunicacion se pasa revista al cumplimiento de diversos requisitos establecidos, entre ellos: la implantacion de nuevos modelos que exigia la adaptacion de la legislacion vigente a la nueva situacion, limitaciones a la utilizacion de los modelos y creacion de nuevos modelos. Finalmente se mencionan las actuaciones iniciadas para la aplicacion del contrato de servicios de gestion de autovias. Ver ficha general ITRD S404796
