Para llegar a la comprension actual de las concesiones de autopistas en Espana, con su diversidad de regimenes legales y las particularidades de cada una de ellas, en esta ponencia se hace de manera breve un analisis de su evolucion historica, con una referencia a las circunstancias del momento en que fueron otorgadas.
