AERODYNAMIC DATA TO ASSESS THE SUSCEPTIBILITY OF PROPOSED STRUCTURES TO WIND-INDUCED INSTABILITIES ARE MAINLY DERIVED FROM EXPERIMENTS MADE ON MODELS IN WIND TUNNELS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS MONOGRAPH IS TO OUTLINE THE SEVERAL CAUSES OF AERODYNAMIC INSTABILITY AND TO DESCRIBE THE TECHNIQUES FOR THEIR INVESTIGATION USING MODELS.
