GENERAL APPROACH TO SAFETY, SERVICEABILITY, AND LIMIT STATE PHILOSOPHY--EUROPEAN CONCRETE COMMITTEE

The developments, relating to structural safety, which have taken place in recent years are reviewed with particular reference to the activities of the Joint Committee on Structural Safety. The interpretation of these developments in code of practice form is discussed and suggested clauses presented. /Author/
