THE ESTIMATES OBTAINED INDICATED A LAND VALUE INCREASE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HIGHWAY OF ABOUT 12 OR 13 PERCENT. ESTIMATES OF COST SAVINGS IN TRANSPORTATION AND OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES, AMOUNTED TO APPROXIMATELY $3000.00 PER FARM.
