THE BEST REVENUE PRODUCERS APPEAR TO BE: TAX ON INCOME AND PAYROLLS; ASSESSMENT OF LOCAL PROPERTY TAXES AGAINST NOW EXEMPT MANUFACTURERS' INVENTORIES, TOOLS AND MACHINERY; LOCAL GENERAL SALES TAX; LOCAL BUSINESS TAX; SERVICE CHARGES FOR GARBAGE AND TRASH COLLECTION; SEWER RENTALS; LOCAL AUTOMOTIVE TAXES OF VARIOUS TYPES; AND LOCAL AMUSEMENT TAXES. /AUTHOR/
