THE ROLE OF THE ELECTED OFFICIAL IN COUNTRY ROAD MANAGEMENT

ADMINISTRATION IS THE EVALUATING, PLANNING, DIRECTING AND REPORTING WHILE MANAGEMENT IS THE DIRECTING PROCESS. THE ELECTED OFFICIALS HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM WHICH IS DIVIDED INTO FOUR PARTS' DEFINE OBJECTIVES AND GOALS, CREATE A SOUND PLAN OF ORGANIZATION, INSURE THE EMPLOY OF COMPETENT PEOPLE, KNOW THE MANAGEMENT PART OF THE ORGANIZATION TO BE ABLE TO EVALUATE THE WORK DONE.
