MULTI-PROJECT SCHEDULING BY THE CRITICAL PATH METHOD IS A SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT IN NEW MANAGEMENT METHODS AND TECHNIQUES. IT HAS HELPED MEET THE GROWING DEMAND FOR MORE AND BETTER TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES. THE CRITICAL PATH METHOD, ALTHOUGH NEW, HAS BEEN EMPLOYED BOTH IN INDUSTRY AND IN THE HIGHWAY FIELD WITH MUCH SUCCESS. HOWEVER, IT MUST BE ADAPTED TO EACH INDIVIDUAL ORGANIZATION.
