A Guidebook for Corridor-Based Statewide Transportation Planning
This guidebook provides a template for corridor planning that will assist states to better understand the implications of transportation decisions on mobility, communities, economic development, and environmental stewardship. The template can be a useful tool to help states program funds to meet identified needs and priorities.
