The world's fixed-wing production agricultural aircraft, together with the major power-plant variations now on the market are tabulated and illustrated. The tables present basic operational information and the specification details bear directly to the aircraft's performance. The origin of the various types demonstrate the global nature of agricultural aviation. The data are confined to purpose-built agricultural aircraft and to those that are readily available. The wide range of engines tabulated fall into two categories: the lightweights (300 h.p.) for small-field and rolling-contour work, and the workhorses represented by the 600 h.p. models. Wingspan, gross weight and manufacturers prices are also quoted.
