The Austroads Guide to Traffic Management has 13 parts and provides comprehensive coverage of traffic management guidance for practitioners involved in traffic engineering, road design, town planning and road safety. Part 10 – Traffic Control and Communication Devices is concerned with the tools that are required for traffic management and traffic control within a network. It covers the various control devices used to regulate and guide traffic, including signs, traffic signals, pavement markings, delineators, and traffic islands.
