A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF POSSIBLE BRIDGE CROSSINGS OF LONG ISLAND SOUND RECOMMENDS CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE BETWEEN RYE AND OYSTER BAY AS A MAJOR LINK TO SERVE TRANSPORTATION NEEDS IN THE METROPOLITAN NEW YORK AREA.
