ICES-ROADS I ENGINEERING USERS MANUAL

THIS MANUAL DESCRIBES A SYSTEM OF COMPUTER PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR THE SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS DEALING WITH LOCATION AND DESIGN OF ROADWAYS. IT USES A PROBLEM-ORIENTED INPUT LANGUAGE WHICH ENABLES THE HIGHWAY ENGINEER TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE COMPUTER. THE SYSTEM CAN ANALYZE MULTI-MATERIAL SURFACE MODELS, HORIZONTAL ALIGNMENT, ROADWAY PROFILES, ROADWAY CROSS-SECTION DESIGN, AND VEHICLE PERFORMANCE PREDICTIONS. /BPR/
