PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF METROPOLITAN RAILWAY PERSONNEL

THE INCREASE IN NUMBER AND COMPLEXITY OF THE MODERN RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEMS DEMANDS A CORRESPONDING INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL ON ALL LEVELS. IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PERSONNEL, IT IS SUGGESTED THAT TRAINING COURSES BE ESTABLISHED. NOT ONLY WILL THESE COURSES PROVIDE INCENTIVES FOR THE WORKERS, THEY WILL ALSO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SYSTEM BY AUGMENTING THE BACKLOG OF CAPABLE TRAINED WORKERS.
