Sweet solution to the salt problem

When winter sets in, road maintenance crews up and down the UK's highways are preparing their fleets for the season. In fact, with one of the largest private fleets of gritters in Europe, winter is the time of year Amey are traditionally at their busiest. Also discussed is the use of salt treated with Safecote, which is easier to use and better for the environment.
