ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION

THE INTRODUCTION OF ELECTRONIC CONTROL HAS RESULTED IN A CONSIDERABLE INCREASE IN POPULARITY OF FUEL INJECTION SYSTEMS. THE APPLICATION OF FUEL INJECTION HELPS TO BOOST ENGINE PERFORMANCE AND REDUCE FUEL CONSUMPTION AND ALSO HAS AN INCREASINGLY IMPORTANT CONTRIBUTION TO MAKE TO THE SOLUTION OF AIR POLLUTION PROBLEMS, THE PARTICULAR ADVANTAGE OFFERED BY THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM IS IN ITS ABILITY TO PROCESS AT LOW COST THOSE ADDITIONAL SIGNALS NECESSARY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH FUTURE EXHAUST EMISSION REQUIREMENTS.
