Introducing a New Smart Card Ticketing Service with Customer Focus

SL introduced during year 2008 a new smart card based ticketing system named SL Access. This paper presents some of the challenges and experiences associated with the delivery of the system, its introduction to customers as well as to the staff and within the organization.
