2009 corporate aircraft product support survey

Subtitle: Jets: 1 Gulfstream, 2 Citation, 3 Dassault, 4 Bombardier, 5 Hawker Beech; TPs: 1 Pilatus, 2 Daher-Socata, 3 Hawker Beech, 4 Cessna, 5 Piper. In jets Big G 1st for 4th year, Bombardier tops HBC in climb to 4-spot from 5th. For TPs Pilatus still 1st for 8th year. But TBM makes biggest 3-yr gain by going from 4th in 07 and 3rd in 08 to 2nd in 09. Piper TP customer care shows strong improvement but continues to be 5th. Out of 9276 survey forms sent out 1561 came back for a 17% return.
