Apreciacao Ergonomica Das Salas De Embarque Dos Principais Aeroportos Brasileiros
This paper presents the initial results of the ergonomic study that was accomplished at the following Brazilian airports: Airport Santos Dumont/Rio de Janeiro and the International Airport of Congonhas/Sao Paulo. The main objective of this research consists of collecting ergodesign subsidies to project built environments, which consider the aspects of usability, comfort, and safety. After a documented and bibliographical research of Brazilian airports, it was defined as the object of study for airport passenger terminals. Because of its complexity, the passenger boarding area was chosen to be investigated first. The methodology applied to the whole research, is the Ergonomic Task Analysis.
