Who is Really Paying for Your Parking Space? Estimating the Marginal Implicit Value of Off-Street Parking Spaces for Condominiums in Central Edmonton, Canada

This study investigates the cost of parking spaces at condominiums in Edmonton, Canada; whether or not there is an overabundance of parking spaces; how the (usually hidden) cost of these parking spaces is passed on to the consumer/condo owners; and the increased burden placed on lower income families who do not own automobiles and thus do not take advantage of spaces they are probably paying for.
