HOW THE DATA AND MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES AVAILABLE TODAY CAN BE BROUGHT TOGETHER TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF A GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTION ARE ILLUSTRATED.
