PROPULSION SYSTEMS DISCUSSED ARE THE OTTO CYCLE GAS ENGINE, THE REGENERATIVE GAS TURBINE, AND DIESEL ENGINE, THE FREE-PISTON ENGINE, GASOLINE ENGINE, STEAM TURBINE, STIRLING ENGINE, FUEL CELL PLUS ELECTRIC MOTORS, DIESEL-ELECTRIC PLUS ELECTRIC MOTORS, AND THE ELECTRIC MOTOR.
