Dynamic GIS through online monitoring and reciprocative system for effective traffic mobility and safety

Mobility of traffic and its related safety is important in reference to economic, environment and safety of road user. Road user attitudinal tracking and monitoring is the objective of this paper which answers many of the unsolvable situations in many countries on traffic jams / congestion, delays, pollution, accidents and risk of travel. The supportive tools and technology like GPS, GSM / GPRS communication and identity with GIS system can promote the objective of user and system owner friendly road system. The high resolution data of satellite is proposed to be used for geofencing and fractal geometry model are suggested for improving urban fabric on road structure. The outcome of this contribution will address lessened vehicle operating cost / delays, improvement of environment protection, lessened accident risk and improved accountability to road user and enhanced monitoring and tracking of traffic by system owner
