Behavioural Responses and Network Effects of Time-Varying Road Pricing

This publication developed a multi-user class dynamic equilibrium modeling framework that includes departure time choice and elastic demand, which forecasts the network effects of time varying road pricing measures. The necessary departure time choice models were estimated using data from a stated choice experiment that the author conducted.
