THE REPORT NOTES SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE SOUTHWEST AREA, PROVIDES PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE CENTER AND CHARTS ON CENTER SPECIFICATIONS, AND GIVES RESULTS OF USER POLLS. /UMTA/
