The Transportation Control Plan for the Baltimore metropolitan area sets forth the actions that will be taken by the region between now and 1987 to reduce the amount of air pollution caused by motor vehicles. Volume III contains technical documentation of emissions inventory and travel impact calculations, as well as the assumptions underlying the evaluation of the control measures.
