The Transportation Control Plan for the Baltimore metropolitan area sets forth the actions that will be taken by the region between now and 1987 to reduce the amount of air pollution caused by motor vehicles. Volume II describes the Baltimore region's transportation control planning process and the control measures to be studied and implemented.
