An introduction to MOVA 5 traffic signal control

This paper describes the features newly introduced in MOVA 5, including 'compact' MOVA functionality, improved data handling capability, the ability to download site configuration data from a MOVA M5 unit either locally or remotely; increased support for datasets, enhanced error handling, consolidation of bug fixes, more flexible combination of wait-light channels and kerbside detectors at Puffin crossings, improved compatibility with earlier versions of MOVA and Microsoft Windows operating systems, a rewritten communications program, and revision of the application guides.
