ANALYSIS OF ROAD NETWORK CAPACITY AND ITS APPLICATION TO THE EVALUATION OF IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR ROAD TRANSPORTATION

Raising road network capacity, diverting to the transit, and restricting travel demand are set as the basic means, and the optimum combination of the means is formulated as the mathematical programming problem.
