PRESENT AND FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS IN WARSHIP PROPULSION MACHINERY CONTROL SYSTEMS

A propulsion machinery control system is described, which is based on recent electro-technological advances and currently available techniques and devices. This approach offers an integrated command system, including propulsion, electrical distribution, and auxiliaries. The relevant functions are discussed with reference to functional modules and their electronic miniaturisation. Order from BSRA as No. 49,494.
