Transport Infrastructure Pricing: A European Perspective
This chapter identifies some prospects for transport infrastructure pricing in Europe. It provides an overview of progress on the European Union (EU) transport-pricing policy. The author concludes that actual progress towards more efficiency in transport-pricing has been slow and the author provides various reasons for this lack of progress and indicates how some of these barriers may be overcome.
