THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL DETERMINATION OF PROPELLER'S PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION IN SIMULATED WAKES

EXPERIMENTELLE UND THEORETISCHE BESTIMMUNG DER DRUCKVERTEILUNG AN EINEM PROPELLER IM SIMULIERTEN SCHIFFSNACHSTROM

Nonstationary distribution of pressure, thrust and torque of propellers were measured in a laboratory wind tunnel. The time-dependent pressure values were recorded by a specially designed analog Fourier analyzer. Results are evaluated and guidelines are given for simplified calculations.
